This Vietnamese Pho noodle soup is so easy to fall in love with. From the rich tasting broth to the aromatic spices to its healthful properties. The Sapa Pho is rice stick noodles, delicately but intricately seasoned broth, tender beef fillet slices, plus a veritable garden of greenery alongside for garnish. All of these components combine to create a soup that’s spiced but not spicy, beefy but somehow still light, and customizable via herbs, chiles and citrus.
